Product Introduction

The AM-2 Flange Kit is designed for efficient cleaning of pipes of various materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Size: 50mm – 250mm inner diameter, and pipes with larger bore sizes.

Working Principle This system adopts dry physical cleaning technology. The launcher fires a specially engineered projectile with a calibrated oversize diameter relative to the pipe bore. The projectile travels at high speed through the pipeline and creates full friction against the inner wall. It can navigate complex multi-bend piping configurations such as 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It effectively removes residual water, sludge and other contaminants adhered to pipe inner surfaces.
