APS TUBE PNEUMATIC CLEANING AM-2 150 is a heavy-duty pneumatic pipe cleaning system designed for large-bore industrial pipeline pre-commissioning and maintenance. It delivers high-efficiency cleaning for pipes of various materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Inner Diameter: 100mm – 150mm. Larger bore sizes are available upon custom request.

Working Principle This equipment adopts dry physical cleaning technology powered by compressed air. The launcher fires a specially engineered foam projectile with a calibrated diameter slightly oversized relative to the pipe inner bore. The foam projectile travels at high velocity through the pipeline and creates full friction against the pipe inner wall to strip contaminants. It can navigate complex multi-bend piping layouts, such as 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It effectively removes trapped water, sludge, welding debris, oil residues and other deposits accumulated on pipe inner surfaces.
