APS TUBE PNEUMATIC CLEANING AM-1 FULL KIT is a complete pneumatic pipe cleaning package for small-bore industrial pipeline pre-commissioning and field maintenance. It provides high-efficiency cleaning for pipes of diverse materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Inner Diameter: 6mm – 50mm. Larger bore sizes are available upon custom request.

Working Principle This system adopts dry physical cleaning technology powered by compressed air. The launcher fires a specially engineered foam projectile with a calibrated diameter slightly larger than the pipe inner bore. The foam projectile travels at high velocity inside the pipeline and creates consistent friction against the pipe inner wall to strip contaminants. It can navigate complex multi-bend piping layouts including 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It efficiently removes trapped water, sludge, welding debris, oil residues and other deposits accumulated on pipe inner surfaces.
