The AM-2 CRIMP KIT from APS TUBE PNEUMATIC CLEANING is a professional pneumatic pipe cleaning solution built for small-bore industrial pipe pre-commissioning and on-site maintenance. It delivers high-efficiency cleaning for pipes made of a wide range of materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Inner Diameter: 6mm – 50mm. Larger bore sizes are available upon custom request.

Working Principle This system uses dry physical cleaning technology powered by compressed air. The launcher fires a specially engineered foam projectile with a calibrated diameter slightly larger than the pipe inner bore. The projectile travels at high velocity through the pipeline and creates consistent friction against the pipe inner wall to strip away contaminants. It can navigate complex multi-bend piping layouts including 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It efficiently removes trapped water, sludge, welding debris, oil residues and other deposits accumulated on pipe inner surfaces.
