APS TUBE PNEUMATIC CLEANING PSI AM-2 100 is a professional pneumatic pipe cleaning system designed for medium-bore industrial pipelines. It delivers high-efficiency dry physical cleaning for pipes of diverse materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Inner Diameter: 63mm – 100mm, also available for larger bore pipes upon request.

Working Principle Powered by compressed air, the launcher fires a specially engineered foam projectile whose diameter is slightly oversized compared with the pipe inner bore. The foam projectile travels at high velocity inside the pipeline and creates full friction against the pipe inner wall. This dry physical cleaning technology can navigate complex multi-bend piping layouts such as 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It efficiently removes trapped water, sludge, welding debris, oil deposits and other built-up contaminants adhered to pipe inner surfaces.
