APS TUBE PNEUMATIC CLEANING AM-2 EURO KIT is a Europe-standard pneumatic pipe cleaning kit engineered for industrial pipeline pre-commissioning and maintenance. It delivers high-efficiency cleaning for pipes of a wide range of materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Inner Diameter: 6mm – 50mm, compatible with larger bore pipes upon custom request.

Working Principle This system adopts dry physical cleaning technology driven by compressed air. The launcher fires a specially developed foam projectile with a calibrated diameter slightly larger than the pipe inner bore. The projectile travels at high velocity through the pipeline and creates consistent friction against the pipe inner wall to strip contaminants. It can navigate complex multi-bend piping layouts including 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It effectively removes trapped water, sludge, welding debris, oil residues and other deposits built up on pipe inner surfaces.
