Product Introduction

The AM-2 FULL KIT from APS TUBE PNEUMATIC CLEANING is a complete pneumatic pipe cleaning package. It delivers high-efficiency cleaning for pipes of various materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Inner Diameter: 6mm – 50mm, and compatible with larger bore pipes on request.

Working Principle Adopting dry physical cleaning technology, the launcher fires a specially engineered foam projectile with a calibrated diameter slightly larger than the pipe inner bore. The projectile travels at high velocity inside the pipeline and creates consistent friction against the pipe inner wall to strip away contaminants. This system can navigate complex multi-bend piping layouts, such as 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It efficiently removes trapped water, sludge and built-up deposits adhered to pipe inner surfaces.
