Product Introduction

AM-2 Crimp Kit is a compact pneumatic pipe cleaning kit optimized for small-bore pipelines. It delivers high-efficiency cleaning for pipes of diverse materials, including rubber hoses, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, stainless steel pipes, iron pipes, plastic pipes, rigid pipes and flexible hoses.

Applicable Pipe Inner Diameter: 6mm – 50mm, also compatible with larger bore pipes upon request.

Working Principle Adopting dry physical cleaning technology, the launcher fires a specially engineered foam projectile with a calibrated diameter slightly larger than the pipe inner bore. The projectile travels at high velocity inside the pipeline and creates consistent friction against the pipe inner wall to strip away contaminants. This system can negotiate complex multi-bend piping layouts, such as 90° elbows, T-joints, annular loops, U-bends and serpentine lines. It efficiently removes trapped water, sludge and built-up deposits adhered to pipe inner surfaces.
