AM-1 General Operating Instructions

Step One Select a suitable foam projectile launcher head. Fit the launcher head to the AIR-MATE™: insert the spigot and mushroom pin into the AIR-MATE™ assembly, then rotate the head counterclockwise. Secure the assembly by engaging the safety mechanism — depress the trigger to lock it in place. If the trigger cannot be depressed, the launcher head is not fully seated and needs readjustment. Do NOT continue operation until the safety mechanism engages when the trigger is pressed.

Step Two Press the key lock to release the retaining ring plate. Select and install the matching nozzle.

Step Three Refer to the pellet sizing chart to choose the correct projectile, then insert it into the rear end of the nozzle.

Step Four Connect the unit to the hose, tubing or pipeline to be cleaned.

Step Five The foam projectile compresses and dislodges contaminants inside the pipe.
