APS TUBE PNEUMATIC CLEANING Flange Heads

Brief Introduction

Flange Heads are interchangeable flange-type launcher heads for APS pneumatic pipe cleaning systems, available in four sizes: 50mm (2"), 75mm (3"), 100mm (4"), 150mm (6").

These flange heads directly bolt onto flanged pipe ends, forming a sealed connection for launching NSP Foam Projectiles. Manufactured from high-strength metal, they provide reliable airtight sealing under working pressure and eliminate leakage during cleaning operations. Designed for large-bore industrial pipelines, they fit rigid pipe flanges commonly seen in process piping, marine systems and heavy machinery. Users can quickly swap flange heads according to pipe nominal diameter. Together with the main launcher unit, they perform dry physical cleaning to remove welding slag, oil, residual water and sludge inside pipes.
